Logoxo 1 is a loft: 49 m² of completely open space at street level, on the ground floor of a 1900 building in the old town of Zarautz. The sleeping area is part of the living room, with no door between them. The bathroom is separate.
Step-free access
It has its own door onto the pavement: you walk straight in at street level, with no lobby, no stairs and no lift. Doorway widths and the bathroom meet accessibility regulations, so you can move around the whole apartment in a wheelchair or with a walking frame.
